I am a Research Biostatistician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City where my research focuses on leveraging multi-modal genomic, radiology and pathology data to characterize cancer risk and predict clinical outcomes.

Much of my work is building the tooling behind the research. This includes developing streamlined, validated data pipelines for analyzing large, multi-source biomedical datasets, and open-source R packages that make complex analysis tasks more transparent and reproducible. I also have experience designing and analyzing clinical trials and observational studies. Earlier in my career I worked on a team to build and validate digital surveillance tools for detecting emerging infectious disease threats.

I earned my M.S. in Biostatistics at Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health. I am an R enthusiast interested in how to leverage AI responsibly to improve the quality and speed of research. In my spare time, I tinker with circuits, and occasionally make art.
